Salary

The company's salary policy supports the goals that have been set out for the business and thus contributes to better financial results. Salaries reflect the work done.

The salary policy has a strong individual element in order to encourage employees to work harder and raise their ambitions. However, the policy is structured so that it rewards the results of the team as well as the individual.

Salaries are set according to the same principles for all employees, regardless of sex and age.

Leadership ability, judgement and initiative, financial responsibility, ability to work in a team, inventiveness, innovation, commitment, flexibility, versatility and the difficulty of the work involved are all considered when setting salaries. Salaries rise with increasing responsibility and difficulty of work, and with the development of the employee's performance and ability.

We aim to reward employees' efforts with salaries that reflect market rates.
